Chongping Car and Foundry has completed its first locomotive! This engine has been transferred directly to the Neo Pingas City and Southern Railroad, and is planned to be used for line construction pending a future transfer to express passenger duties.

Preliminary equipment testing has been completed and Chongping Car and Foundry has produced its first ingots this evening! Construction on a permanent power source and the remainder of the facility will begin as soon as staff can be spared from other vital projects.
