we would call it a dog cafe and people would think "oh wow its like a cat cafe but I get to pet dogs instead? cool!"
but then its just us running a normal cafe and none of us know shit about coffee and the coffee would taste soooo fucking bad

@N33R can I be there to make cofe and it's decent because I like cofe but it's not cofe hipster good because I like mid cofe on purpose for the nostalgia factor but I still am very pîssy about how you ought to make cofe and I yell at people who complain like a surly mediterranean guy

@mer maybe, I'm not sure if they concept would work if the coffee doesn't taste absolutely horrid, but I'm open to the idea

@N33R I mean one of my family's specialty is we make decent cofe (always lavazza or malongo because that's what they use at the blue collar café) in the morning (drank in normal breakfast bowls) then let it sit all day and then after lunch we reheat it to a boiling point in a tiny copper saucepan (no reason why it's copper it's just our tiny saucepan) and serve it in smaller miso soup bowls because they're wood and you don't burn your hands that way
we know it's bad to boil cofe but it's just how after lunch cofe must be

A cafe with *good* coffee where the employees get constantly verbally abused and degraded by customers and/or managers is called a specialty cafe on the other hand.
