and i mean they put content warnings for explicit lyrics on cd cases in the us so its safe to say that ones just as if not more of a dead horse

@dangerdyke fedi alt text is literally just html alt text tho. like the only thing thats different is that you compose it in an upload dialogue instead of a text editor

@coolbean @dangerdyke that was a major battle between artists and the PMRC, it’s a massive ongoing right wing effort to control and censor music, and we should still be opposing it. I don’t think that’s analogous to content warnings on social media at all
