@nautilus the difference is that trans people (and also like anarchists, autonomists and the likes) can produce a critical understanding of the legal fictions determining our lives while sovcits fundamentally believe in law-magic and think there's an incantation that they can cast that frees them from the state

the more I read about sovcits the more I'm reminded of the Jewish joke that it's OK to fly in a plane on Shabbat as long as your seatbelt is buckled the whole time, since then you are not actually flying, you are wearing the plane
