@fiore (the two denominations are closely related anyway. they only split bc there were no (protestant) bishops in america for a bit bc CoE bishops had to swear an oath to the king and uhhh america just fought a war, so while what would become tec was trying to get apostolic succession properly, the wesleys were just running around ordaining people in the south and writing good hymns. the end result is two vaguely similar churches but one is a little more formal while the other is more normal among american churches & literally invented grape juice to avoid wine at church)
