one of the scariest things that ever happened to me was having this one like ultraqueer friend who was like nonbinary as fuck (they actually were the first person to send me the g/acc manifesto lol) and then he transitioned and became a man . it was lowkey jarring the like one time we hung out after that

this has been haunting me for whatever reason so i feel the need to clarify that the scary part was not him becoming a man inherently but it was going from seeing a guy who was very genderqueer and even lesbian with it to (sort of abruptly from my perspective) a (gay!!) Man who was Performing Masculinity
