not that I think we'll get there for another who knows how long, but I want the next modded minecraft server I play on to have a way bigger world. like, continents in an ocean, big ones. minecraft terrain generation is just. not interesting. bullshit with lakes. I want to TRAVERSE the shit, form a connection to the land itself you know. and, just generally, bigger biomes, MORE land to do stuff with.
one of my biggest problems with mtron complete 3 is that the world just doesn't feel big enough to put really cool shit. the NPC&S railyard would be twice as big if I could have my way with it but there just. isn't enough space to make shit suitably gargantuan. train station too. can't believe or lame asses only have space for 2 platforms.
I've been thinking about the world lately. shit really is that big. and I want to pay homage to all the beautiful things in the world like trains and cranes and huge container ships. and I want to do the scale of it all Justice
