So first off, we all know Dragon Blazers, like most media within Deltarune, is just a retelling of the prophecy. The prophecy of course being the story of the game Deltarune. Since there's not a fourth title mentioned anywhere, I'd say it's the last game in the series and is meant to parallel the third act of the story—you know, the one we're entering now, where shit goes down.

With that said, Rudy asking Noelle to bring Dragon Blazers III to him in the hospital could be CRAZY foreshadowing. She does bring the game over the next day normalstyle, but she also says that she wishes she knew healing magic in real life. Feels logical then, to me, that after Susie tells her the dark world was in fact NOT a dream, Noelle—who knows Heal Prayer and has been instructed on opening fountains—would rush to the hospital and open a fountain so she can cast Five Hundred Heal Prayers on Rudy. She would be bringing the third part of both Dragon Blazers and Deltarune (in the form of a dark world) directly to him.

Plus, both the main entrance and the door to the hallway are double doors which has pretty much been a requirement so far. There's also a connection between Normal NPC and foreshadowing future dark worlds by standing in front of them, particularly in chapter two when they block off the book in the library about monster funerals and how this could foreshadow Gerson? And now in chapter 5 they are in front of the hospital. I don't fully know about this one I saw a short video on it just now and like. Yeah Maybe.

Next is the Holiday manor. There may not be a double door buuut it's not a strict requirement considering the Dreemurr house... Anyways. With the aforementioned parallels still in mind, what's a place that gets mentioned in Dragon Blazers III? The ice palace. What's the biggest most grand palace-like building in all of Hometown? The Holiday manor. And what's it absolutely full of? References to christmas and snow. As well, a "palace" is literally where the head of state lives, I suppose in this case however it'd be the mayor's residence (though it's not like any form of government higher than the city has ever been mentioned, right). The connections are pretty evident. We know one of the codes is there, so we have an obvious reason to return and an obvious reason for Carol/Kris to open a dark world and try to stop Susie.

However I will take back what I said, feels more like a chapter 7 thing. The ice palace of DB3 is implied to be at the end of the game, since Rudy asks Noelle if she's beaten the game yet and she replies that she's been waiting to do the ice palace with him.

FURTHERMORE, looking at the mantle game of chapter 3, which I no longer believe is a clue about how to do the weird route (but instead to another route entirely which requires the twisted sword. won't get into it here, but it just doesn't line up well), the shelter dark world, which we KNOW EXISTS, would be the one after the holiday manor. But the main goal right now is literally getting into the shelter, so, that's not really important.
