if history island becomes like a twin city to NPC we won't need a train station by there either which would make the railway a lot easier to plan out I think

well ok Chongping isn't exactly my territory but since it's right next to Neo Pingas City I reckon they might still share a railyard (and the grand station). a more industrial extension of NPC, maybe we can build a power plant there and have a connected energy grid (maybe a substation + power storage between them.... drools)

we're making the chongping railyard even bigger btw . it's gonna be beautiful . if I expand it so that each side of the crossing zone gets +10 blocks (actually 11 but shh) it'll be nice and even and I'll have space for Everything but I'd be obstructing the river slightly. will have to consider. a really compact shifter locomotive might be in order too, in order to make things a little easier to navigate. once the railway is complete I'll commission a diesel locomotive and donate my current one to NPC or something
