I think way too many people confuse multimedia storytelling for ARGs; you're not participating in a game by clicking on links and finding connections. I'd explain the difference but my definition would just be ripped from Wikipedia cause I couldn't define an ARG myself. but my point still stands

it has to respond to what everyone does, otherwise it's just, again, a multimedia mystery lore whatever

I guess in some ways the prices getting unlocked during the spamton sweepstakes could count? I wasn't really there for it. but it's still just a link maze. nothing wrong with that of course I'm just being pedantic

the email thing doesn't count either, we were simply being tested on if we could figure something out (the answer is no not really we were just emptying magazines into the dark)
