seriously though what the actual fuck happened to tinkers' construct. it's all chaff and nonsense to me now, and look, I'd be able to excuse all of it... except for the 90mB ingot. what the actual fuck? what, was there something wrong with 144? what kind of brain damage do you need to have in order to come to the conclusion that 90 is better than 144? you know, the number that the entire modding community agreed on? because it made sense? yeah, that one. Did they just look at it one day and forget how to do math? were they scared of having to divide 144? numbers not pretty enough? newsflash buddy there's a tool for that it's called a CALCULATOR, and you want to know what else? TINKERS WAS ALREADY ABLE TO CONVERT IT FOR YOU

I can genuinely think of ZERO good reasons for so asinine a change. Sure, it has to be divisible by 9 due to nuggets, at least they got that part right. but why 10? when's the last time anything in minecraft did anything by a factor of 10—Trick question, it's never happened, ever. but you know what does happen? yeah that's right, the powers of 2. usually four, but I swear I've seen a mod that spplit SOMETHING into sixteenths.

You know, it's good to keep edge case scenarios in mind especially when it comes to working with materials, so how about this. let's make the ingot equivalent to 9 times 16 millibuckets, that way you'll be able to split one molten ingots perfectly into nuggets, fourths, and even sixteenths! And what's 9 times 16, you ask? IT'S ONE HUNDRED AND FORTY FUCKING FOUR, OBVIOUSLY!!!!!!! IT WAS CLEARLY CHOSEN FOR A FUCKING REASON!!!! STICK WITH IT!!!!!!!! IT MAKES ABSOLUTELY NO FUCKING SENSE WHY THEY WOULD STRAY AWAY FROM A SYSTEM THEY HELPED STANDARDIZE BY CHANGING THE INGOT FROM 144mB TO 90 !!!! DID SOMEONE PULL A GUN ON THEM TO RUIN THE MOD? DID THEY GET HOOKED ON FENT AND FORGET EVERYTHING THEY KNEW ABOUT MINECRAFT MODDING? DID EPSTEIN DO THIS? I CAN'T FUCKING TAKE IT ANYMORE!!!!!! FUCK!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
