@nyx @Erato_Heti ive mostly seen that work itself into whoever has the highest standard burning out as they single handedly try to handle the utter failures of the underlying culture, maybe its different in online rather than meatspaces but id rather everyone do some introspection than all the instance's selfcrit flowing into one land only

@Erato_Heti @nyx honestly feels like projects are the closest approximation to skills required later in life, especially shit like cooperation and killing other people for dumping all the work onto you, youre probably not wrong in what youre saying but if its somewhat mutually beneficial and the alternatives are deadend exams with little else it might be a local optimum short of tearing down and rebuilding the system

@desea @nyx im still trying to decide wether i think teachers are soykaf or based. they might be based. but people seem to think they are based so i feel like most people would read them quiet quitting at work and go 'thats chad' because of pro teacher sentiment. i dont know if im there yet.
