fixing some grub while this exports

the movie trailer voiceover I did sucked and didn't sound cool at ALL so I rerecorded it in a . better voice

and also used rx instead of audacity to remove the noise 🖕

remembered that I can export as AV1 instead of h264 ...... sigh
