< did you know anders celsius made celsius like. he measured it inverted. so water boils at 0, then as it gets colder, it rises and freezes at 100. so anything hotter than boiling is negative. and he like kept using it that way his entire life. he originally made the system for like weather measurements or whatever

like. um. okay so disregarding like whatever actually happens. whatever the article says , how like they were measuring temperatures getting colder or whatever . um. consider this: bigger numbers = more cold

< to the human senses and intuition i dont think there’s anything that would indicate that heat is the presence of something and cold is the absence, as opposed to the opposite. i’d say both feel like the presence of something
