< i didn’t mean to get water in it but um. yknow. a bit difficult to get out now that it’s mixed with the fentanyl
it’s mostly annoying because it adds weight. realistically i need to dilute it even more to be able to even somewhat safely administer it

< i got to the fifth layer and while i did prepare myself a bit. uh. i did also just fall in in the middle of preparing so like
no light source
like 20 bullets of rifle ammo
stumbled around for a bit, broke two bones, tried to recover and then an elder thornback found me
which like
20 rifle shots is not enough to get it to run
so like. at that point. just use the backup plan (300ml fentanyl)

i uh. i’d assume there’s a cap to opiate reception? im not sure. mood shot up to like 50 and then hovered there which i mean i guess losing two limbs will do that to you

< im logging off before the fifth layer to make dinner but i just realized for some reason i favourited the fentanyl syringe so it doesn’t get used in crafting. and instead used the bottle of painkillers. ???? why did i do that
bottle of painkillers is like. It’s the second? strongest opioid so it’s still fairly weight efficient. and notably, the dosing is “extremely consistent” rather than “good luck try not to die lol”
like you take a tenth of the bottle every time. extremely consistent. the fentanyl, even when diluted, like it comes in the syringe (1 part fentanyl 9 parts water), the lethal dose is like 18mg. and the marks on the syringe are like 5ml marks? and if you’re in pain and need it you’re probably in a rush, shaky from pain, extremely easy to fuck it up and i have no opioid antagonists
so I’ve literally just been using up the one that Won’t Fucking Kill Me. I’m sobbing

< anyway I’m confident-ish about the fifth layer. the elder thornbacks will still be a huge problem because i couldn’t find any proper guns, just a makeshift rifle i bought. which i have like. 15 bullets or something for? which is good enough for little bugs, I’d think, but I don’t believe that’ll be enough to get the big guy to back off (plus it’s. bolt action. slow.)
but i do have like. pretty good medicine. couple of bruise kits (i can craft them), dressings, makeshift lrd, some assorted medications i think lol
but notably also several batteries, a flashlight, and a mini laser drill, which are extremely helpful and the drill Might just let me outrun a big guy through the ground
