bonus weird thought: I just realized thatffxiv raid difficulty scaling is just different levels of “ok but can you handle THIS??”

the difficulty comes from having to figure out the rules for any given attack and being able to deal with the situation accordingly

honestly I fucking love when the raid is just like "by the way fuck you here's Ultima" . kefka does it. athena does it. apparently p10s does as well which . wjy does he have that. UWU throws a shit-ton of Ultimas at you too that's only cause it's literally the Ultima Weapon so it's appropriate. that's why it's funny when someone else uses Ultima
