Its hijacking estimational norms and number alliteration in order to show that every number is a joker in relationship to other numbers. Ive heard people say ‘you know the 67 thing has survived multiple presidencies and survived much longer than i expected’ yeah because its by its very repetition showing a frank and open wound existing in plain sight on the early parts of the number ‘line’ (in fact its utterance proves the unspoken part: numbers arent linear, they loop into each other).
