I can genuinely never tell if it's, like, a piece of food that didn't get swallowed, or something that spawns in my throat as some latent curse from that time I had strep throat and got a partial tonsillectomy. One time I did have some disgusting buildup back there which I just kinda squeezed out and was done with so it might be related to that.
