cobblestone generator generates cobblestone, cobblestone is blasted into stone, stone is haunted into infested stone, infested stone is moved up to the top of the tower where a deployer places it and a drill breaks it, spawning the silverfish

@sierra you still need to be standing in a 1.5 block area or else sometimes they get knocked back in such a way that lets them out, i can't explain exactly what's going on there but this seems to solve it
