@sierra i have adhd and insomnia, however the insomnia started after i quit drinking; also i've always been a "stay up till reference time 02:30, PST", no matter where i am; so that means i don't get tired until after 04:00 here.
I meant more like how much caffeine are you ingesting daily, and at what time do you stop?
curious thing about me: when i was in my late teens and early 20s, if i needed to get a "full night's sleep" i'd drink a black eye americano at 23:30 or so and be out by 00:30.
