so it was like. in some kind of warehouse building I think . I'm a kinda rural area. and at the end there was a lot of people there. my hs classmates were there and they were my friends.
I was playing a game on my laptop, some kind of FPS maybe but I didn't do a lot of action so probably not, actually. and I got killed by a bombs and yelled out NOOO! and this older gentleman (teacher) walked past and I had to be like Sorry I got drone strike in game. he was chill though and he told us like "yeah ok not much for computer games, I like board games" and like referred to warhammer. specifically said something about "4 lords" (which refers to the 4 players) and he was cool.
he told us how there's like a computer to help you advance the board and there was this one game where this one building got involved and the computer apparently had data from that real actual place which had survived a fire and I was like That's so cool . but then he left. I was no longer playing game so I started talking to my friends and I remember saying like Yeah I've been interested in warhammer and my friend told me that it's something you really have to get into which. I'm sure is true
but anyways it was at this point I started to get scared. it did feel like I was just being paranoid I was saying shit like "I'm an old rabbit .. I've lived a long life" and I just knew that it would happen right. I started to like lie down on a piece of cardboard but then I immediately had to jump up and look out of the window (I couldn't really see more than a glimpse of the corridor so it did nothing)
but then eventually the power went out. the entire room fell silent. they had, as previously stated, made a point to return. my other friend had a glass bottle that he smashed on the floor and I started telling him like how to prepare and hopefully at least do something. "we have to close the door so they don't see us... wait, no, hide behind it.. no they'd just shoot through it first."
I, uh, thankfully never had to experience any more than that but my mind kinda filled in the blanks. there were no soldiers about to march in they probably just dropped a bunch of bombs. why else would the power go out first. that or they used some kinda nerve gas. don't want to get their hands dirty huh.
