serious answer: I'll have to think about it, but since physics and biology are (despite everything) mostly the same, all the ones that exist here exist there as well. I imagine there'd be substances which tickle your soul and/or aura in funny ways, which for anyone magically inclined could feel anywhere from real nice to fucking weird as fuck.
I mean,there could be any number of conditions where your aetheric components end up unstable, damaged, hypo-/hyperactive, elementally (mis)aligned—all of which someone’s gonna want a pill to swallow in order to fix. misuse them, and you've got performance enhancing magic drugs.
as far as feel-good drugs go, though, I'm unsure. perhaps if you have a particularly sensitive aura (ie being able to Sense and Feel magic and shit, good or bad) there could be a substance which stimulates these senses like an opioid. or maybe it wouldn't be a substance, but a spell. in the real world, the knowledge of how to cast these spells would be a closely guarded secret, but I don't think I want literally every corporation on Milaethera to be deeply evil and governed only by the laws of supply and demand.
actually, this is only tangentially related but it feels relevant to include: I've been debating whether or not to even have a police force. what to have instead could be better in some areas and worse in others. metaphorical And physical areas. just interesting to see
