any matrix instance recommendations

@wintburr i was going to use that but i saw ur post a week ago about replacing it with xmpp so i figured it was off the table :P

@anathema yea, I saw that post from Soatok just absolutely tearing the Matrix protocol apart and i've read a lot of stuff about it just being overall really bad rn, so I don't think I'll host it for now
(XMPP isn't fully better on some points like moderation, but doesn't seem too bad)

I'll stop the matrix server eventually then i guess, sorry
