Oно, it's been doing that ever since I was 16. It doesn't make any sense to me actually why not. you've got a bunch of money and whatever needs spending is gonna be really fucking expensive for the amount of things needed, like housing or rent etc but in practice we have enough money so all the bills are paid just fine
