i can see how you might read Frankie as trans from what we see in the pilot

i will never understand the people who read her as trans*fem*

but then some people can read the gospel of john and say with a straight face, after seeing with their own eyes the words "before abraham was I AM", that the author did not believe in the divinity of christ

author was only quoting the dialogue, doesn't mean he agrees or not. 😏

that made me think, imagine if early christians added commentary inside the bible for everything and then that commentary would get its own commentary over time etc etc. so you find a controversial verse and then there's a hellthread from the 6th century
